Simon Jaggers debut play GUN TO YOUR HEAD is a deep dive into the power of youth and a howl for belonging. It was a sell-out hit at VAULT Festival and toured across East Anglia in May 2025 with Dakota Collective in association with HighTide, a writer-centred theatre company, celebrating the joy and power of new plays.
Simon Jaggers plays have been performed at The Bunker, Theatre503, Soho Theatre, Omnibus Theatre, Southwark Playhouse, Pleasance Theatre and VAULT Festival. He is mentored by the award-winning playwright Simon Stephens and is alumni of The London Library Emerging Writers Programme. Last year he was longlisted for the Bruntwood Prize and shortlisted for both the Charlie Hartil and Untapped Award.
