Church Together

Want to bring all ages back into worship—together? Church Together is your practical, inspiring guide to intergenerational ministry. With theological grounding and dozens of real-life ideas, Church Together helps you create worship and community life where kids, teens, and adults of all generations engage side-by-side. Stop siloing the generations and start worshiping as one body of Christ.

Many churches separate children and teens from congregational life, unintentionally signaling that ministry is only for adults. Church Together offers a better way—practical, inspiring tools to bring generations together in meaningful, faithful ways. Blending essential theological and pedagogical principles with ready-to-use practices, authors Traci Smith and David Csinos guide readers through worship elements like gathering, singing, and praying, as well as community practices like celebrating, serving, and feasting. Church Together includes creative, field-tested ideas from diverse ministry leaders around the world. Perfect for pastors, worship leaders, formation staff, and seminary students, Church Together is an indispensable resource for churches united across generations.
